Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service





 
                         To be great, you must think great.  

Great customer service is allowing the customer to feel you know about your product. Knowledge about product makes every customer feel safer and determined about purchasing the product. Treating customers with friendly, helpful attitude. Also helping customers efficiently, in the friendliest manner. It’s the one thing that can set your business apart from others is having a one of a kind customer service. A lot of businesses don’t have good customer so they are starting to lack in profit. ANY ONE spending, hard earn dollars probably wants someone nice to give it to. Great business comes with great relationships. As a business owner, photography is all about relationships with your clients. Providing products and services, you want to make sure the customer is receiving the best service possible. Allowing yourself to handle issues for customers and doing you're best to ensure they are satisfied. Now I’m not an expert on great customer service but I do notice that having great attitude in a lot of persuading situations plays out good. Sometimes providing great customer service means rewarding customer loyalty and letting customers know you appreciate their business. A lot of times, we want to feel appreciate by our favorite brands or favorite shopping stores. Ultimately receiving great customer service can be factor into many things. Those things can be the face of the business or a financial suffering for a business. I hope all up and running businesses put having great customer service at the top of their to do list.
